Professional Labradoodle Breeders in Indiana - Application for Adoption

Thank you for your interest in a Meadow Park puppy. Please completely fill out the application below. The application helps us to choose a puppy with a temperament that best fits your family’s lifestyle.

The cost of a Multigenerational Labradoodle pet puppy starts at $3500.00 and the English Labs start at $2700.00. Older puppies, trained dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs and breeding stock are priced differently and you will need to call for prices. Applications require a non-refundable booking fee of $500.00 and are reserved on a first come first serve basis. The booking fee is applied toward the purchase of your puppy. The balance is due when the puppies are around 8 weeks old and you have chosen your puppy. If by any chance we are unable to provide you with a suitable puppy within 12 months of receiving your application & booking fee you will have the option of having your booking fee completely refunded.

Once we receive your application and booking fee you will be put on the waiting list for the puppy you requested. When the puppies are born we will post on the puppy page and our facebook page with pictures.

We will post pictures & updates on a regular basis and at approx. 8 weeks of age we will help you choose a puppy that best suits your needs. At this time your final payment will be due + any travel expenses needed to get your puppy to your home. We will work with you on any travel arrangements needed to get your puppy to you safe & sound. At this time we will also send you our Purchase contract & Health contracts for you to sign and send back to us prior to your puppy going home. At approx. 8 weeks old your puppy will finally be able to go to your home.

(We will tell you the expected colors of each litter but there are no guarantees as nature doesn't always cooperate.
